I have a room for rent in
my house located in Spring Hill, KS. It’s about 10 minutes south of Olathe and only 17 miles from Lenexa to give
you a bearing. I’m looking for $400 per month, no deposit necessary, and all the utilities would be included.
I would prefer no pets as I have two cats. I do smoke, but have no problems smoking outside if it bothers you.
I would prefer a responsible, female roommate as, based on my experience, they are generally cleaner then men (as evidenced
by my last roommate). The room is unfurnished, but you would have your own bathroom. Full access to the kitchen,
living room, and den are of course included. I have a two car garage so you take the other half. I do not have
much storage space though, but I do have some.
