The real estate business is funny, like every thing is funny. A bank is paying money to tear down brand new houses because they are not 100% finished and the bank owns the houses that it can not sell and has to pay fines for the unfinished houses to the city for violating ordnances. The fines are too high so the bank is better off paying $ to tear them down rather than pay fines, pay $ to finish the houses that will not sell and hold them.

My experience from an engineering point was 1- I witnessed such activities so I never tried to bust my brain or ass to do PERFECTION- what ever that is, in engineering, because the PERFECT HOUSE, engineering, structure, hvac, etc. has a cost benefit analysis associated with creating a PERFECT PHYSICAL HOUSE vs. Spending the least amount of $ to build the house in hope of selling the house in a market for a profit. That idea applies to a lot of things in engineering, science, when the combination of scientific physical perfection, meets money, costs, profits and the market. As well as human interaction of fraud, intentional destruction of projects, ideas, lies etc.

So when babies who have never done what I have done or have my experience, mouth off about my GPA in college, my job or lack of what ever they think, those people should put up or shut up, not mouth off about things they know nothing about, I am a peaceful person, others are not as peaceful as myself and even I lose my calm when provoked enough. 

As a former realtor I have many experiences. I notice the people who mouth off the most are idiots, look like idiots who could never them selves even get into play the game. If you never played or tried, you should not mouth off to me or others because you might get a response you do not like.

WHY?  

why? ask why to anything, get an answer? logical answer? do the reasons make sense? funny how no one asks me why, or listens with logical responses, WHY? because they can not or do not want to?
