I am 26 year old guy with a regular full-time job (M-F 9-6). I currently stay in Lees Summit and am completely happy happy with my living situation. It's just that most of my friends are in OP that I am thinking about moving there. I started looking for a 1-Bedroom apartments last weekend. Since I have been living in a house, I didn't realize the rents have gone so up. The apartments I was targeting quoted me anywhere from $725 to $850 per month. With about $200 monthly utilities, it would be too expensive.
